Returns & Exchange Policy

At GeoResin Store, we take pride in providing high-quality resin materials and art supplies. Due to the chemical nature of our products and to ensure the safety and quality of materials for all our customers, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been purchased and delivered.

This includes "change of mind" or purchasing the wrong size/ratio by mistake.

We cannot accept returns on resin, hardeners, or pigments because we cannot guarantee they haven't been tampered with or stored improperly once they leave our facility.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

We only offer resolutions in the event of an error on our part:

  • Damaged during transit: If your package arrives leaking or severely damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence of the unopened packaging.
  • Incorrect Item: If we sent you the wrong product (e.g., you ordered 1kg but received 500g), we will rectify the error at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it is considered a final sale.

4. Technical Support

While we do not accept returns, we want your project to be a success. If you are having trouble with your resin cure (e.g., it's remaining tacky), please contact our support team. We are happy to provide professional guidance to help you troubleshoot your mixing process.
